We will accept unused, unwashed new items for a return within 7 days. Items may only be returned if bought from our web site. Proof of purchase will need to be provided with all returns. We will have the delivered date along with a tracking number on file of shipping delivered date with USPS. We ask you inspect all items and try 1 on your baby to assure proper fit and see if you like them. Please use a undergarment under our cloth diapers for sanitation reasons. Do not wash Upon receiving. To return items we must verify that they are in new condition and still in our plastic bags . Once they are approved new in package, you will be refunded your full purchase price. Prior to return shipping we require a tracking number and insurance with a signature required to assure your items reach us and are not lost or stolen. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. All items must be returned in new condition in factory sealed packages. Due to the sanitation department we are required to follow these guidelines and we ask that you also follow these guidelines with us. Please only mail a return or exchange that has been reported to our returns department via email. You will receive a email confirmation to return your items. We do not except any orders that have not been reported to our returns department they will be disposed and unopened due to sanitation guidelines .
